With the knowledge and experience acquired from his experience not only as a trial lawyer but an arbitrator and mediator, Cyril Hollingsworth advises clients not only on how to best navigate through litigation but also how to anticipate and avoid it altogether. He successfully litigates, mediates and arbitrates all types of construction and business disputes as well as contract, errors and omissions, insurance, and casualty matters.

During his 40 years in construction law, Cyril has represented a broad array of clients, including contractors, business owners, subcontractors, material suppliers, architects and engineers. He has helped clients address legal obstacles in various phases of their projects, from attention to contract formation through job completion.

Cyril’s work and legal achievements have been recognized through honors from Best Lawyers in America in Construction Law since 2006; The Best Lawyers Construction Lawyer in Little Rock in 2012; and recognition as part of Super Lawyers since 2014. In addition, Cyril makes presentations on construction and alternative dispute resolution topics with professional and trade associations, and he volunteers his time to support several professional organizations.
