Matt Boch to Speak at Institute for Professionals in Taxation Sales & Use Tax Workshop on Manufacturing in the Southeast

Matt Boch is heading to Memphis next week to speak to manufacturers in the Southeast about legislative updates in Arkansas as well as state and local tax credits and incentives at an Institute for Professionals in Taxation Sales & Use Tax Workshop – Manufacturing in the Southeast.

On Wednesday, March 28, Boch will be joined by attorneys from Alabama, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee to update manufacturers on recent legislation, court decisions and administrative rulings in these states that may have an impact on manufacturing businesses.

Attorneys joining Boch are Jesse Adams (Jones Walker; New Orleans, LA), Jennifer Barber (Frost Brown Todd; Louisville, KY), Brett Carter (Carter Shelton; Nashville, TN) and James Long (Bradley Arant Boult Cummings; Birmingham, AL).

On Thursday, March 29, Boch will discuss state and local tax credits and incentives that may be available to manufacturers in Arkansas. He along with the rest of the panel, will describe these programs along with the requirements need­ed for qualification and the compli­ance reporting expectations.
